Privacy Policy.

Physicians: name, email, specialty, provincial licensure details, CMPA/malpractice status, availability dates, rate expectations, EMR experience, optional bio and any CV you upload.

Clinics: clinic name, primary contact name and email, address and city, EMR in use, patient volume and the specialties you need covered.

We also store the messages, applications and bookings created between the two sides, plus basic account records needed for sign-in.

Solely to run the marketplace: to match physicians to clinic postings on licensure, availability and rate, to let the two parties message each other, to confirm bookings and apply the flat placement fee, and to contact you about your inquiry or account.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Data is stored in a managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, hosted in a Canadian region where that region is available, otherwise in North America. Uploaded CVs live in private storage and are only accessible through short-lived signed links issued to clinics you have connected with.

Active accounts are retained for as long as you keep using the service. If an account is inactive for 24 months we delete or anonymise the profile. Booking and placement-fee records are kept for 7 years where required for accounting and tax purposes.

Email privacy@ingeneis.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction.
